Issues with the app?
If you have problems connecting to the doctor, we have compiled a list of fixes below.

Is the doctor not getting through to you?
First: Make sure you are connected to the internet. To get the best experience, please use Wi-Fi.
Then check the following:
In order to perform a video consultation, we need permissions to:
- access your camera (so the doctor can see you)
- access your microphone (so the doctor can hear you)
- send you notifications (so we can let you know when we are ready to see you)
If you accidentally did not give permission to use these functions when setting up the app, here’s a guide on how to easily give permissions:
1: Open “Settings”
2: Scroll down and press “Hejdoktor”
4: Ensure that both “Microphone”, “Camera” and “Notifications” are activated.
